RQA Group have been selected as the new product recall Crisis Consultants for MRM Group, LLC. In this role, RQA will provide 24/7 product incident support, and, using the pre-incident budget provided by MRM, risk improvement services relevant to product recall. RQA will also offer MRM expert risk engineering and claims support as required.
