RQA’s international network of field representatives can collect a complaint sample from your consumer, with speed, efficiency and professionalism
The process is as follows:
- Client informs RQA of collection request
- RQA identifies Field Representative close to consumer
- RQA schedules pickup at consumer’s convenience
- Sample is couriered to the location of client’s choice
- Entire process documented through a “chain of custody” procedure
- Replacement product may be delivered to the consumer
