RQA will now offer crisis response services to its insurance clients, brokers and their product recall insurance clients through a strategic relationship with Intelligent Risks (IR), Australia’s foremost management consultancy specialising in crisis, security, investigation, and risk management services. A large proportion of IRs crisis response projects in Australia have involved product contamination, both accidental and malicious, and product recall cases.  IR has also been awarded the Outstanding Security Performance Award (OSPA) as the leading security consultancy in Australia in 2018 and again in 2019.
